These guys are so knowledgeable and helpful. I took them a device and Tim did a bunch of testing of it over a couple days. He ultimately found that no hardware work needed to be performed to get it working right. He didn’t charge me anything despite having spent some quality time with it. I offered to pay a bench fee or something and they refused! Super nice and stand up guys.

I have experience with many different phone repair stores but this one is by far the best, the repair man Mike left a big impression on me, was very communicative and friendly. Seemed extremely knowledgeable and well spoken. Never seemed like he was trying to sell me anything, just helped to inform me on the best courses of actions. Not to even mention the prices for repairs! By far the best price I've found in Durham if not the whole triangle, and they even cleaned my phone up for free after that! Will definitely be taking my business there in the future, and my friends too if I can

Excellent customer service and super fast service! Hands down my best experience at a repair shop especially after looking at two other shops in the area. These guys are extremely skilled and really know their stuff. They are honest, polite and very professional. Will definitely be using. them again!

The drive from Cary to Durham is worth it, wouldn’t go anywhere else! You can trust they won’t overcharge you or sell services you don’t need – they seem to genuinely care about helping you & making sure you get the best / fastest solution for your problem, even when if it means not a sale for them. I’ve watched another customer come in *totally* convinced their screen was broken, ready to pay for it, and walk away thrilled after Michael explained it’s actually just a broken screen protector they can replace for $8. We’ve gotten many screens fixed & batteries changed in the past few years, and it’s never been more than an hour for a weekday walk-in. The best!

I've been to too many cell phone repair shops, but now I'll never go anywhere else. Superb service- these guys are knowledgeable, honest, and timely. They thoroughly explain everything and care greatly about treating their customers well. If you go anywhere else, you are making a mistake.
